Central Working Committee

Central Working Committee is the larger executive committee of the LBA. It consists of all the members of executive body of the LBA, who are eight (08) in numbers, twenty-five (25) members from all the branches, who are elected in proportion to their number of GCMs in each branch and all the Associate Members, who are seven (07) in numbers. Thus, the Central Working Committee (CWC) is constituted by forty (40) members. The CWC is the top decision-making body of the LBA. All the meetings of the Central Working Committee is held under the chairmanship of the President, in his absence, under the chairmanship of the Vice President. The quorum for CWC meeting is two-third (2/3rd) of the total number of members. The meeting of the Central Working Committee is held at least once in a month. Agenda points for the meeting is discussed with the executive body and is fixed with the approval of the President.
