The President of Ladakh Buddhist Association Sh Chering Dorjay on behalf of everyone at the LBA, its youth and women wing congratulated Naib Subedar (Retd) Sonam Rigzin, Goba of Ibex Colony for being awarded the prestigious Raksha Mantra Award in recognition of his service to the community during the Covid time. The President expressed joy over knowing that this award being given to a Ladakhi is first of its  kind.
